Orders placed by 12PM typically ship the same day, however during high traffic releases, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to process. A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch of your order.

UK/EUROPE - Delivery via DHL Express between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Orders will be delivered within 3 business days from date of dispatch. Items shipped inside the EU Union all include taxes and duties.

INTERNATIONAL - Delivery via DHL Express Worldwide between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. We ship to the following countries on a Delivery Duty Paid basis; all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the product price.

Orders to all other countries might include taxes, duties and import fees which are country specific and are not covered by Cecile Jeffrey. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please note that all orders will require a signature on delivery.
