FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return items within 14 days.

Return outside the 14-day window may be accepted at our discretion. 

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.

The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s (bags, wrapping, etc.). The item/s must be unharmed, unworn, altered and in perfect condition with all Cecile Jeffrey tags still attached.

If the item does not fit these requirements the item/s will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

All products are checked at the studio for any faults. If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@cecilejeffrey.com.


RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

  • All returns are free and simple, a Returns Label and Returns Form is included with every order.

    • If you would like an exchange, please select your preferred size on the Returns Form.

      1. Sign the returns proforma invoice(s) included in the box with your order. Make sure you leave your package open so the contents can be checked.

To arrange collection please call DHL on 0844 248 0844 from the UK or visit dhl.com to find the telephone number of your nearest DHL branch. Please provide the airway bill number shown on the Returns Label provided with your order.

DHL Drop Off

If you prefer, you can take your return to your nearest DHL service point.


To ensure that your return is covered by our free returns policy and reaches us promptly, items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.

We prefer that items are returned to us via DHL Express so that they are protected and insured. You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability. Please email us if you intend to do this and send your purchase to the following address:
