Shipping Information

Orders placed by 12PM typically ship the same day, however during high traffic releases, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to process. A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch of your order.

Please note that the delivery times shown below are estimates. An estimated shipping time for your order will be available to view on the checkout page before you confirm payment. Estimated delivery times are subject to the acceptance of your order and will be calculated from the date on which your order is placed, unless otherwise specified. Different terms and conditions may apply for different shipping destinations.

If a shipping cost promotion is available the reduced shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Please note all orders will require a signature on delivery.

We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order. Changes are not permitted once your order has been shipped.

Items shipped inside the EU Union all include taxes and duties. Orders to all other countries might include taxes, duties and import fees which are country specific and are not covered by Cecile Jeffrey. These fees are at the sole responsibility of the customer.

From the moment of dispatch, the package is fully insured against damage, theft and loss. Once the package has been signed for by the customer or gift recipient, the responsibility shifts to the customer and the insurance is void.

We urge customers to not accept packages that are damaged, broken or seem to have been tampered with. In such cases, contact our customer care team at customercare@cecilejeffrey.com for support.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We hope you’re delighted with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return items within 28 days. Please note, return numbers must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return unsuitable items.

Return outside the 28-day window may be accepted at our discretion. 

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.

The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s (bags, wrapping, etc.). The item/s must be unharmed, unworn, altered and in perfect condition with all Cecile Jeffrey tags still attached.

If the item does not fit these requirements the item/s will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

All products are checked at the studio for any faults. If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team.
